Uzbek cuisine
OUR RESTAURANT was founded by a CENTRAL ASIAN RESIDENT OF LITHUANIAN ORIGIN.
Since childhood, he lived in two cultures: Lithuanian and Central Asian
Plov, manti and samsa dominated the home menu, as did cepelinai.
And although Uzbek cuisine differs from Lithuanian, it is quite similar
and has been loved by lovers of traditional dishes.
Lagman - a homemade pasta dish, manti - Uzbek
steamed dumplings, pilaf - attract those seeking
new experiences and those willing to embark on a culinary journey.
Samarkand is a crossroads of cultures, a combination of traditions and a mosaic of dishes
of Central Asian, Caucasian and European cuisines.
We want to share with our guests the delicacies of Central Asia:
the dishes enjoyed by Silk Road travelers,
the aromatic spices found in the famous bazaars
of Samarkand, and the peaceful atmosphere of one of the oldest cities in existence.
